The price was quite high for the basic facilities provided. There were limited TV channels, mostly in German, and no food services or vending machines available.

The location is brilliant next to old bridge, Munich, parks, supermarkets, restaurants, and bike rent shop, and the rooms are brand-new. It has a handy kitchenette to prepare your own food.
I appreciated the apartment even though some things didn't work.

Our Christmas stay at this apartment was a mixed experience. The apartment itself was equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The location was also convenient, with supermarkets, tram stations, and train stations within walking distance. the apartment was quiet and clean, which made it a pleasant place to stay.
There were several aspects of our stay that left much to be desired. the air conditioning in the master bedroom kept switching off in the middle of the night, resulting in uncomfortable sleep.
